A birthday picture for one of my best friends (irl)FallenAngel1617. I also gave her a set of 24 Derwent watercolor pencils for her birthday:) She loves Phantom of the Opera so she wanted a picture of her with Phantom guy. I absolutely love love how this picture came out! It’s by far my favorite oneXD

The flowers are half referenced because my roses before really were terrible>.> I like these a lot better than my old ones^^. The pose was sort of referenced. I was at the optometrist for a check up and while I was waiting for the eye drop stuff to do its job, there were a couple of magazines to look through. I decided to flip through them to find some good poses for pictures. I came across this really awesome pose of two dancers! I quickly took out my small notebook to jot down the basics (like how they were positioned) but, since my eyes were doing weird things because of the eye drops, I got a major headache and couldn’t get much out of the quick sketch. But, it was enough to figure out what I wanted to do for this picture. Her dress and his mask were also slightly referenced from the Phantom of the Opera Broadway playbill. (She lent it to me to use) I messed up on his mask though>.< It came out to dark so it looks scary to me:(

Materials:
-Prisma Color colored pencils
-Colorless blender
-Zig .25 and .45 black drawing pens
-Canson Bristol 100lb. 9x12 paper.
-photoshop to fix the color saturation and contrast because my scanner kills themXP
