Umm.... yeah, I'm not too good with realistic-y noses. Make that terrible... But art is about learning, right? Anyone got some tips for me? Please?

I'm doing a commission for a friend, and it's going to be in semi-realism. Which is a problem, cuz that ^ is about my best right now. Any suggestions at all or a link to a tutorial that isn't insanely complicated would be greatly appreciated!
