So it's been awhile since I converted an anime character costume into formal wear; I quit watching those wedding gown shows long ago so maybe that's why. But here I go again with a GL ballgown modelled by Yoko. Essentially, you have her top (I like to think that the red flames would be beaded or sequined) and the skirt is based on Kamina's red cloak. Can't decide if the logo would be present on the skirt; for formal, it might be more tasteful to have it as a small pendant around the neck or something, but I didn't draw that.
