In episode five of the Black Jack anime, "Black Jack 21", a little girl walks up to Black Jack and exclaims that he must be evil since his appearence is so dark. Later on, the little girl comes to witness that Black Jack is fundamentally a good person on the inside (perhaps a little rude and antisocial). Upon this realization, the little girl determines that darkness does not always imply evil(ness).
